Every unit in the building, accounted for.
More units means more balances, more prospects and more notices. TenantLoop keeps the rent roll, the leasing pipeline and the building notices in one place, so a full building does not mean a full inbox.

Asked by people who run portfolios like yours.
Can I see rent by building and by unit?
Yes. The rent roll groups by property and lists every unit with its lease, rent and balance, and the A/R aging report shows who owes what by age.
How do I send a notice to one building?
Create an announcement, choose the property (or specific units), and send it by email and to the tenant portal. You can attach files and set when it leaves the portal.
Can two roommates sign the same lease?
Yes. A lease can have several tenants, each with their own contact details and portal access, and all of them sign the same document online.
Can tenants text us through TenantLoop?
Not yet. Texting is coming soon. Today tenants reach you through portal messages and email, and both land on the tenant record with the rest of the history.
Can I bring my current records over?
Yes. Properties, units, tenants, leases and opening balances import from spreadsheets, and the trial balance step brings your books across. Self-serve onboarding is free; guided onboarding with a specialist is $149 once, if you want a hand.
