Property software that shows its work.
Rentals run on loops: rent comes in, things break, leases end, owners want numbers. TenantLoop keeps each loop on one record, so your team and the AI helping them always see the whole picture.

Rent, books, leasing and repairs on one record

Agents that log every step they take
Rent in one app, repairs in a (crossed out: group text), leases in a (crossed out: drawer). We put them back on one record.
How we build it. Five rules we hold ourselves to.
Prices on the page
Per unit, with the minimum written down, the same numbers the checkout charges. Nobody has to call us for a quote.
Show the work
Every action an agent takes is logged with what it did and why. You choose which steps wait for a person.
Say what is not done
If something is not switched on yet, the site says "coming soon". That goes for texting, calls and screening today.
AI on your own records
The Assistant and the agents read the same leases, ledgers and work orders your team does, act with the permissions you give them, and stay off until you switch them on.
An open door out
Reports export to Excel or PDF, and the REST API and webhooks are open on every plan. Your numbers never get stuck with us.
From the team building TenantLoop
We are new, so we are not going to tell you that thousands of managers love us. We would rather you try it. Look at the prices, read how we handle your data, put a few units in during the trial, and tell us what is missing. Most of what is on our list came from someone writing to us.
That is also why you will not find star ratings, customer counts or logos on this site yet. When we have real ones, they will be real, with names attached.

About us, asked directly.
Who makes TenantLoop?
TenantLoop is built by Generation Advisory. Support messages and feature requests go to the same team that builds the product.
How new is it?
The first release went out in October 2026, and the changelog lists every batch since with its date. That is why the site marks some things coming soon: we would rather say it than promise it.
Who is TenantLoop for?
Landlords and property managers with a handful of units or a few thousand: residential, multifamily, commercial, community associations and affordable housing. Pricing is per unit with a monthly minimum, so a small portfolio pays the minimum and a large one pays for what it has.
Can I connect it to my other tools?
Yes. QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Plaid and Dropbox Sign work today, and the REST API, webhooks and Connect with Claude are open on every plan. A Zapier app is built and waiting for Zapier to list it. See integrations.
Does the AI run without me?
Only where you let it. Starter has no AI at all. On Pro the Assistant works when you ask. On Premium each agent stays off until you switch it on, and you pick which of its steps wait for your approval.
Where does the rent money go?
Into your own Stripe account, then to your bank. TenantLoop never holds your tenants’ payments in an account of ours.
Who can see my data?
The people you invite, limited by their role and the properties you give them. Two-step sign-in and an audit trail of changes are built in. Read more on the security page.
