TenantLoop to QuickBooks, or two-way for vendors and accounts
For owners and accountants who keep a QuickBooks company. Your TenantLoop ledger stays the source: if someone edits a synced entry in QuickBooks, the next sync puts TenantLoop's version back.
How the QuickBooks sync worksWhat moves
- Accounts, mapped one by one to your QuickBooks chart, or created there for you
- Properties as QuickBooks classes, tenants as customers, vendors as vendors
- Journal entries, invoices, bills, payments and bill payments from your start date on
- Two-way option: vendors and accounts you add in QuickBooks come into TenantLoop
Setting it up
Settings, then QuickBooks: sign in to Intuit, pick a sync start date and save the account mapping. The first sync starts right away, then runs daily or hourly. A Sync now button and a log of anything that failed sit on the same screen.
