Our commitment
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the TenantLoop website, app and portals. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML, keyboard-friendly controls and visible focus states.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Check color contrast and support browser zoom and reduced motion settings.
- Test with assistive technology and fix issues in regular releases.
Known limitations
Some older content, third-party tools and documents uploaded by customers may not fully meet these standards yet. We are working to improve them. [List known gaps after an audit.]
