Spot the unit nobody is seeing
The leasing dashboard flags vacant units that are not listed yet, listings with no tours or no leads in a week, and how long each one has been on the market.
- Vacant units not listed
- No showings or no new leads in 7 days
- Days since listed, with the rent at stake

Replies land as prospects
Someone asks about a unit on your listing page or website, or a rental site forwards a lead by email: either way they arrive as a prospect, with the unit and where they came from.
- Lead source on every prospect
- Lead emails from rental sites read into the list
- Assign prospects to a teammate

Listing questions, answered straight.
Which rental sites can show my listings?
Switch on a site in Settings and TenantLoop publishes your listings as a feed in the standard format rental sites read, updated whenever a unit changes. Each site decides whether and when to show feed listings, and some charge for placement. We name sites here once they confirm they carry TenantLoop feeds.
Does TenantLoop charge per listing?
No. Listings are part of every plan, with no per-listing fee from us.
Can I list a unit only on my own website?
Yes. A unit can be listed on your company site only, and you can also embed your listings on a website you already have.
What happens when the rent or availability changes?
Change it on the unit. The listing, your website and the feed all read from that record, so there is nothing else to update.
Can renters apply from the listing?
Yes. Listings link to your online application and to tour booking. Application fees go to your own Stripe account.
Who writes the listing text?
You, or the AI Assistant on Pro and Premium, which drafts a description from the unit's details for you to edit.
