Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between TenantLoop, Inc. [confirm legal entity] ("TenantLoop", "we", "us") and the business or person that signs up for a TenantLoop subscription ("Customer", "you"). If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Tenants, owners and vendors who use a portal that a Customer gives them access to are covered by the portal terms listed on All Legal Agreements.

2. The service

TenantLoop provides cloud software for property management, including accounting, leasing, maintenance, communication, portals and AI features (the "Service"). We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something material that you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep sign-in details secure and turn on two-step verification for administrators.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your users and AI agents do within the permissions you set.

4. Plans, fees and billing

Fees are set by the plan you choose and the number of units you manage. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires or we say otherwise in writing. We may change prices with at least 30 days of notice before your next renewal. 5. Payments and financial features

Rent collection, payouts, bank connections and similar features are provided with third-party payment and banking partners and are also governed by the Financial Services Addendum and the partners' own terms.

6. AI features and agents

AI features suggest or take actions based on your data and the rules and approvals you configure. You stay responsible for decisions about your properties, including screening, pricing and communications, and for reviewing outputs where accuracy matters. AI output can be wrong. Do not use AI features as a substitute for legal, tax or financial advice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, discriminate against applicants or tenants, send spam (see our Anti-Spam Policy), upload malware, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or overload or reverse engineer the Service.

8. Your data

You own the data you put into TenantLoop ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

9. Confidentiality and security

Each of us will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data, as described on our Security page.

10. Term and termination

You can cancel at the end of any billing period. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these Terms or fail to pay. After termination, we will make your data available for export for a limited time and then delete it, except where we must keep it by law. [Confirm retention period.]

11. Warranties and liability

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, but otherwise "as is". To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
