An open API, a leasing agent and inspections by camera
- PlatformThe TenantLoop REST API, with signed webhooks for 21 events, an OpenAPI file and public developer docs. Keys act with the permissions of the person who made them.
- AIConnect with Claude: add TenantLoop to your own Claude as a connector to ask about your data and add tasks, notes and prospects.
- AIThe Prospect agent (Premium) answers new leads, asks your qualifying questions, sends the tour link and then the application, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., and stops on an opt-out.
- OperationsInspections by phone camera: several angles per item, hold to describe by voice, video, photo markup with AI annotation, offline capture, an AI damage check against move-in and work orders for every failed item at once.
- LeasingEmployment verification by a secure employer form, and automatic reminders for unfinished income verification.

- MoneyRent is paid out to your own Stripe account. Card payments carry a surcharge for the tenant on credit cards only.

From our build history. Each row is something you can use in TenantLoop today; fixes, tests and work that is not switched on yet are left out.
Do I need to install updates?
No. TenantLoop runs in your browser, so new features are there the next time you load a page.
Do new features cost extra?
Platform features arrive on every plan. AI features follow the plan they belong to: the Assistant on Pro and Premium, the agents on Premium. See the plans.
What is coming next?
Texting and calls on your own number (with the AI Receptionist on the phone), screening reports, bank and payroll income checks and the Zapier app are the big ones. The about page keeps an honest list.
