Starter, Pro or Premium: where do I begin?
Start where the work is. If your team wants the system and nothing more, Starter. If you would like help drafting, entering bills and finding answers, Pro. If you want messages, repairs and renewals carried through for you, Premium. You can move between plans from Settings at any time, and the trial runs on whichever plan you pick.
How is my bill worked out?
Units times your plan's per-unit price, or the monthly minimum if that is higher. 100 units on Pro billed monthly is 100 x $2.25 = $225. 20 units would come to $45, so the $139 minimum applies instead.
Could an agent act in a way I never approved?
You decide which steps an agent may take alone and which wait for a person. Every action is logged with who or what did it, and anything outside your rules is handed to your team instead. Agents run on Claude Opus 5.5 by Anthropic, the AI Assistant on Claude Sonnet 5.5.
Is month-to-month billing an option?
Yes. Monthly billing is the full price; annual billing is paid for the year up front and costs 18% less, the minimum included.
What if the AI usage in my plan runs out?
AI features pause until your next month starts. There is no overage charge, and everything else keeps working. Pro includes $10 of AI usage a month and Premium $40.
What counts as a unit?
Any space you rent out: an apartment, a house, a room, a storage unit or a commercial suite. A building with 12 apartments is 12 units.
Will my price change when I add properties?
Your bill follows your unit count, at the per-unit price of your plan. Nothing else changes: same plan, same account, no migration. The calculator goes up to 10,000 units; for more, write to us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Self-serve setup with spreadsheet imports is free on every plan. Guided onboarding with a specialist is optional and costs $149 once. Starter has no AI, so there is nothing to configure there.
