What is the AI Assistant?
A chat panel inside TenantLoop that answers questions about your properties, tenants, money and maintenance from your live records, and drafts the writing you would otherwise do yourself: messages, listings, announcements, bills from invoices, report summaries.
Is it hard to use?
You type, or dictate, the way you would ask a colleague. Type @ to point it at a property, unit or tenant. It also shows up where you work: AI insights on reports, a listing writer on units, reply suggestions in conversations.
How is it different from a chatbot?
It works on your real account data, not a general knowledge base, and it can propose real actions in TenantLoop (an email, a task or work order) that you approve. A chatbot on a website knows nothing about your rent roll.
Does it replace me or my team?
No. It does the looking-up and the first drafts. You decide what gets sent, posted or created.
Is my data safe?
Your records stay in your TenantLoop account. To answer, the text it needs is sent to Claude, Anthropic’s model, and the answer comes back into your account. The Assistant only reads what the person asking is allowed to see.
