Can prospects book a tour on their own?
Yes, when self-scheduling is on. They pick from your open slots for that property, and the booking is confirmed straight away or waits for your approval, whichever you chose.
Do reminders go out?
If you turn it on, prospects are asked to confirm 24 hours before the tour, by email for now. You decide whether an unconfirmed tour is kept or cancelled. Text reminders come when texting is switched on.
Can I run self-guided or virtual tours?
Yes. Each tour is in-person, self-guided or virtual. How a self-guided prospect gets in, such as a lockbox code, stays your own process.
Do leads from rental sites get a booking link?
Yes. Lead emails from rental sites become prospects, and you can invite any prospect to book.
Will tours show in my calendar?
Agents get a calendar invitation for each tour, and you can subscribe to your TenantLoop calendar from Google Calendar with a link.
Can the invite go out without me?
On Premium, yes. The Prospect agent sends your booking link to leads that meet your criteria, nudges the ones who have not booked and sends the application once the tour is marked done. Leads that do not fit come to you first.
What about no-shows?
Mark the tour as a no-show. It is counted on the dashboard and stays on the prospect's history, and the prospect can be invited to book again.
