And what stays the same.

Do I have to pay for TenantLoop?

No. Your landlord or property manager pays for TenantLoop, and the tenant portal is free for you.

How do I get access?

Your landlord or property manager sends you an email invitation. If you have not received one, ask them to invite you. The portal is only available when your landlord uses TenantLoop.

Are there fees to pay rent online?

Bank transfers carry a $1.00 fee that your landlord pays or passes on. Credit cards carry a 3% surcharge where your state allows it; debit cards do not.

Can I text my landlord through the portal?

Texting is coming soon. Today you message your landlord in the portal or by email, and the conversation stays on record.

Is my payment information safe?

Card and bank details go straight to Stripe, the payment processor, and are not stored by your landlord.
