A few rentals, none of the paperwork pile.

Rent arrives in the portal, repairs come in with photos, and the books are already in order when your accountant asks. The same tools the big companies use, priced for a handful of doors.

What changes for a landlord. Your evenings, mostly.

Rent without the reminders

Tenants pay in their portal by bank or card, or set up autopay. Reminders and late fees run on your rules, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

Books your accountant will like

Rent, bills and fees post to a chart of accounts as they happen. At year end the profit and loss is already there, and 1099s for vendors come from the same records.

  • Profit and loss by property
  • Bank feeds through Plaid
  • 1099s for vendors

Before you move your units over.

Is TenantLoop worth it for three or four doors?

Starter is $1.50 a unit each month with a $59 minimum, so a small portfolio pays the minimum. You get the full platform without AI. Try it for 14 days on your own homes first.

Can I manage several properties in one account?

Yes. Add as many properties and units as you have; each gets its own leases, ledgers and reports.

Do my tenants pay to use the portal?

No. The portal is free for tenants. A credit card payment carries a 3% surcharge paid by the tenant where the state allows it; bank payments carry a $1.00 fee that you pay or pass on.

Is there a tenant screening report?

Not yet. Credit and background reports are coming soon. Today you take applications with documents and employment details online.

Can I bring my current records over?

Yes. Properties, units, tenants, owners, leases and opening balances import from spreadsheets. Self-serve onboarding is free; guided onboarding with a specialist is $149 once, if you want a hand.

Try it on your own rentals.
