Marketplace Agreement for Vendors

1. Joining the Marketplace

This agreement is between TenantLoop and a business that offers maintenance, repair or other services to TenantLoop customers through the Marketplace ("Vendor"). To join you must provide accurate business details and keep the licenses and insurance your work requires.

2. Independent business

You are an independent contractor. You control how you do your work and are responsible for your staff, taxes, permits and compliance with the law.

3. Jobs and quality

• Describe your services and prices honestly.
• Show up when booked, follow tenant entry rules and leave the property safe and clean.
• Update job status, photos and invoices in TenantLoop promptly.

4. Fees and payment

Customers pay through TenantLoop's payment partners. We may deduct a Marketplace fee shown in your vendor settings. [Set fee schedule.] Payouts follow the Payment Recipient Terms.

5. Insurance and indemnity

Keep general liability insurance of at least [amount] and any coverage the law requires. You are responsible for claims arising from your work.

6. Data and conduct

Use customer and tenant information only to perform the job, keep it confidential and follow our Privacy Policy. Do not contact tenants for unrelated marketing.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this agreement with notice. We may suspend a Vendor for safety issues, repeated complaints or breach of this agreement.
