Terms for the Owner Portal
Terms for property owners who use the owner portal provided by their property manager.

1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to property owners who sign in to the TenantLoop owner portal through an invitation from their property manager (your "Manager").
2. Your relationship
Your management agreement is with your Manager, not with TenantLoop. Your Manager decides what information appears in the portal and is responsible for its accuracy, including statements and distributions.
3. Using the portal
- Keep your sign-in details private and use two-step verification if offered.
- Only access information about properties you own or are authorized to view.
- Do not misuse or try to disrupt the portal.
4. Payments
If you make contributions or receive distributions through the portal, the Payment Recipient Terms and our partners' terms also apply.
5. Privacy
Your Manager controls your data in TenantLoop. We process it on their behalf and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the portal available but cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, TenantLoop is not liable for decisions you make based on information your Manager provides.
