What the site does. Without a web developer.

Listings that keep themselves current

List a unit in TenantLoop and it appears in the listings module of your site, with filters for renters. Take it off the market and it disappears from the site too.

  • Request information and book a tour
  • Apply online from the listing

Leads land in your pipeline

A tour request or a question creates a prospect in your account, and an online application arrives with its documents beside the rest. Nothing to copy out of an inbox.

  • Prospects created from site requests
  • Applications with documents and fees
  • Lease drafted from the approved application

What changes on day one.

And what stays the same.

What pages does the site come with?

A home page, about, contact and your listings, plus any custom pages you add to the menu. Every site links tenants and owners to their portals.

How many designs are there?

Three templates: classic, modern and bold. Pick one, then set your brand colour, logo and hero image, and change any text or photo yourself.

Can I use my own domain?

Soon. Your site runs on a free TenantLoop address from day one. Connecting a domain you own is coming soon: we will check a DNS ownership record before it goes live.

Where do applications and tour requests go?

Into your TenantLoop account. A request for information or a tour creates a prospect, and an online application lands with the rest of your applications.

Can I control what search engines show?

Yes. Each site has an SEO title and description you write in the Domain and SEO tab. We do not write SEO copy for you yet.

How do I get one?

Request it from Settings in TenantLoop and fill in a short intake form. Your site is set up from your answers, and from then on you edit it from the website dashboard.
