Find your people in the rental business.

Industry groups are where you learn local landlord-tenant law, meet vendors and swap notes with other managers. Start with these national organizations; most can point you to a chapter near you.

Six national groups. Each with local chapters or affiliates.

Listed for reference only. TenantLoop is not affiliated with these organizations. Know a local association that should be here? Tell us.

Picking a group to join.

Which group fits which kind of landlord?

Roughly: NAA and NMHC for apartment owners and operators, NARPM for residential managers (many with single-family homes), IREM for managers working toward a credential, CAI for HOA and condo boards, and National REIA for investors who want a local meetup. Many people join two.

Is TenantLoop a partner of these organizations?

No. They are listed so you can find them, and none of them endorses TenantLoop.

Why join one at all?

Local chapters are often the fastest way to hear about changes to landlord-tenant law in your city or state, find vendors other owners trust, and meet people who have handled the same problem in your area.

Can you list my local association?

Yes. Send us its name, website and the area it covers, and we will add it after checking the site.
