Where TenantLoop is different.

Three things to try in the trial.

Agents that stop for your OK

On Premium, the Maintenance Ops agent takes a repair from the tenant's message to a vendor, a booked visit and a drafted bill, and the Lease Renewal agent carries a renewal to signature. You choose which steps wait for you.

  • Per-step approvals you set
  • Every action in the activity log
  • Anything outside your rules goes to a person

Books in the same system

Rent, bills and fees post to a double-entry ledger as they happen, bank feeds come in through Plaid, and reconciliation is one screen. QuickBooks Online sync is there if your accountant wants it.

  • Double-entry accounting on every plan
  • Bank feeds and reconciliation
  • Owner statements from the same ledger

Rent into your own Stripe account

Online rent goes to your own Stripe account: ACH $1.00 a payment (you pay or pass it on), credit cards 3% paid by the tenant where allowed. Tenants pay in the portal, once or on autopay, and the payment posts to the ledger as it clears.

  • Online payments on every plan
  • Autopay, reminders and late fees
  • Payouts to your own Stripe account

Where TurboTenant may suit you better. Worth knowing before you switch.

  • You have one or two rentals and want to pay nothing: TurboTenant has a free plan.
  • You need applicant screening today, paid by the applicant.
  • You would rather hand the whole job to a team: TurboTenant lists a full-service Autopilot option.

Coming from TurboTenant? What people ask before they move.

How does the price compare with TurboTenant?

TenantLoop is $1.50, $2.25 or $4.00 a unit each month, never less than the plan minimum of $59, $139 or $349. TurboTenant has a free plan, with Essentials from $12.42 and Pro from $16.58 a month. Prices change, so check their pricing page for today's numbers.

How do I move my data from TurboTenant?

Export what you can from TurboTenant (usually spreadsheets of properties, units, tenants, leases and balances), then import it into TenantLoop. Self-serve import is free. If you would rather have a specialist check it with you, guided onboarding is $149 once.

Can I try TenantLoop before I cancel anything?

Yes. The trial runs 14 days on the plan you pick, with a card up front. We email you 3 days before the first charge, and cancelling is one click in settings.

Do the AI agents act on their own?

Only on the steps you leave open. Each step of an agent (sending a vendor offer, drafting a bill, sending a renewal offer) can wait for your approval, and every action is written to the activity log.

What does TenantLoop not do yet?

Tenant screening reports, texts and calls on a TenantLoop number, and app-store apps are coming soon. TenantLoop runs in any phone browser today, and tenants reach you by portal message and email.
